Individual & Group Therapy/Counseling

Individualized Mental Health Therapy is offered using  proven evidenced-based method approaches such as Psychodynamic Therapy. This therapy aims to provide change through insight and understanding of early unsolved issues focusing on the the understanding of past influence and how it effects current behavior.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. 

This therapy is an approach that aims to change behavioral, emotional, and thinking patterns associated with dysfunction.

Mindfulness

I incorporate principles of mindfulness to help clients to become more self-aware of their feelings and emotions to help with self-regulation. Mindfulness helps to develop the ability to be more present and in the moment to re-pattern areas of life where one may feel stuck.

 

 


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on practical approach to problem solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that may contribute to life's difficulties, and change the way the client feels, thinks, and behaves.

Clinical Supervision for Licensure: Clinical supervision is offered to Mental Health Professionals who are seeking to earn hours to meet the requirements for clinical licensure.
